Performance Director | Blueprint Fitness and Performance
Blair Phillips is the Performance Director of Blueprint Fitness and Performance and has spent over 15 years developing youth athletes and adult clients through structured strength, movement, and performance training. His coaching foundation was built through hands-on experience in both private and team settings, working extensively with young athletes, general population adults, and performance-driven individuals seeking long-term durability.
Blair completed elite-level internships under nationally respected strength coaches, including Gayle Hatch, renowned Olympic weightlifting coach, and Jimmy Radcliffe, longtime Head Strength & Conditioning Coach at the University of Oregon. These experiences shaped his systematic approach to power development, movement mechanics, and performance longevity.
Throughout his career, Blair has worked with both youth and adult populations ranging from first-time trainees to competitive athletes. His methodology centers on identifying and correcting inefficient movement patterns that contribute to chronic aches, overuse injuries, and stalled performance. By addressing structural imbalances, mobility restrictions, and stability deficits, he helps clients build resilient bodies capable of producing force safely and efficiently.
At Blueprint Fitness and Performance, Blair specializes in movement assessment, corrective exercise planning, and progressive performance development. His mission is simple: eliminate limitations, restore optimal movement, and push physical performance to its highest potential.
Blair believes that performance is built on a strong foundation — and every athlete, worker, and individual deserves a blueprint designed specifically for them.
Blair’s philosophy centers on data-informed progression, individualized coaching, and bridging the gap between rehabilitation principles and athletic performance. His approach empowers clients to train smarter, move better, and reach their highest potential.
