The Blueprint Rotational Athlete Program builds stronger, faster, more resilient athletes through fundamental movement training focused on speed, rotation, injury prevention, and long-term athletic development.
6-week program with a total of 12-18 workouts.
Training Tuesday, Thursday, Friday evenings beginning at 5 pm. Each session is 45 mins. Saturday morning sessions begin at 9 am. Small groups ensure coaching, progression, and attention for every athlete.
Great athletes move well first. Proper mechanics improve speed, power, coordination, and durability while reducing injury risk during critical growth years.
Better movement patterns reduce stress on knees, hips, and shoulders, helping young athletes stay healthy through long seasons and multiple sports.
One injury, private lesson package, or tournament weekend costs more than this program—yet none improve total athletic ability like structured movement training.
